OCB issues L/C at the request of client (Buyer) to commit payment at sight or on a future determined date to the beneficiary (Seller) in Vietnam territory against receipt of complied documents presented by the beneficiary
Corporate Clients: have demand of buying domestic goods or services by Letter of Credit payment term
