Orient Commercial Bank only contacts for confirmation of the appointment to clients who completely provide all necessary information to appointment proposal with the bank.
Other cases (incorrect, inadequate, unclear and proofless information provided by clients …etc), the appointment via internet with OCB will be considered invalid and the bank has the right to refuse providing service.
OCB pledges to keep confidential information provided by client through utility service “loan consultancy at home” according to the regulation of the bank.
The external exposal of information will only be made upon request from authority bodies and complying with the applicable law of Socialist Republic of Vietnam. OCB only uses information provided by clients for providing service, consultancy and instruction of products and services of the Bank.
